Thank you to every single person who stepped through our doors this year — it’s been such a privilege sharing our love of movement with so many wonderful humans.

A huge thank you to our incredible instructors and crèche team who make Empower a true home away from home for so many. Collectively our team taught over 8000 classes and private lessons in 2025. An extra big shout-out to our Studio Manager .merdjanic — thank you for everything this year, we truly couldn’t do it without you.

🎄✨ Holiday Hours Update! ✨🎄

As the holiday season approaches, we wanted to keep you in the loop about our opening hours and changes that may impact you.

Christmas & New Year’s Hours
We’ll be taking a short break to enjoy the festivities, but don’t worry — we’ll still be here for your Pilates fix! Check out our adjusted schedule:

Opening Hours:
Christmas Eve (Dec 24): AM classes only
Christmas Day (Dec 25): Closed
Boxing Day (Dec 26): Closed
Saturday Dec 27: Open
Sunday Dec 28: Open
Monday Dec 29: Open
Tuesday Dec 30: Open
New Year’s Eve (Dec 31): AM classes only
New Year’s Day (Jan 1): Closed

Waitlists
As you can imagine, classes are pretty busy but our waitlists move quite fast so pop yourself on the waitlist and you’ll get added to the class if a spot becomes available. Remember, adding yourself to the waitlist is essentially a class booking so if you don’t want to attend the class anymore, please make sure to remove yourself from the waitlist.

Creche:
Please note that our creche will be closed on all public holidays over the festive season so our wonderful creche team can enjoy some well-deserved time with their families. Crèche will be open the rest of the days but it is going to be busy so please make sure to book ahead and if your little one can no longer make it, please cancel them out so we can offer the spot to someone else.

Reception/Admin Closure:
Please note that our admin team will be taking a short break over the Christmas period. We’ll be closed from 12pm noon Christmas Eve, but don’t worry – we’ll be back to assist you on January 2nd. During this time we will be unable to process any membership cancellations or suspensions so if you need us to action any of these, please contact us prior to noon on December 24th.
We apologise in advance for any inconvenience our closures may cause. As a small family business, we prioritise family time, especially since many of our team members have young families. Thank you for your understanding.

Extended Intro Offers:
For those on intro offers during this time, we’ll extend your pack by 3 days to cover the public holidays when we’re closed, so you can still enjoy your full 2-week experience!

We are thrilled to welcome the ethereal Rini to our yoga team!

Rini’s movement journey began with dance from a young age, building a deep connection to her body. She later discovered yoga as a path to peace and mindfulness, and now guides classes in Chakra Alignment Yoga, intuitive movement, and Tibetan bowl sound sessions. Her calm, caring approach helps you relax, find balance, and leave feeling refreshed.

After popular demand following our recent Birthday Celebration, we’re introducing Pop Up Yin Yoga & Sound Healing classes at Bellevue! Running Wednesday 22nd October – Wednesday 12th November, these classes are designed to soothe, restore, and rejuvenate… and if you love them, they’re here to stay!
