I had the pleasure of taking Evie and Luna to the produce store today, where we picked up their round bale and hard feed.

Luna's first time on a float was fantastic and she adapted to it with incredible ease. Now that Luna has been weaned from Evie for four months, I am excited to begin showcasing her abilities this season.

Luna and Evie were thrilled to gain insight into where all of their feed comes from and smelling absolutely every bag of feed possible.

Our final foal for the season has arrived, and we are absolutely delighted.

At a timely manner of 11am on the 7th October, our lovely red-headed mare Toffee foaled a beautiful little c**t.

Sired by our resident stallion Twist, this little guy is already full of presence and personality.

For those who knows Toffee history, you’ll understand how truly special this foal is!! We are stoked to have him on the ground!

We’re so excited to watch him grow and will be sharing photos soon when he unfolds a little more.

Next in our series is a quiet achiever who’s been turning heads in the ring lately…

🐴 Benvarden Dash Of Pepper – "Dash" 🌶️

Dash is our beautiful 36” Small Horse Palouse, and while he had a slower start to his showing career, he’s absolutely found his rhythm in recent years. Now in his senior years, he’s consistently bringing home supreme titles at nearly every show. 🏆

One of the things we love most about Dash is how easy he is — truly one of the easiest horses we have to show. He’s the kind you can pull out of the paddock, give a quick prep, and off you go to the ring. No drama, no stress — just a reliable, show-ready partner every time.

He’s a testament to patience, consistency, and a good horse just getting better with age.

Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it.

We’re kicking off our series with the mare who started it all… 💛

🐴 Allawase SMs Spoonful Of Honey – "Bumbles" 🐝

Affectionately known as Bumbles, this striking black 35.5” small pony mare is the foundation of Allawase Shetlands & Miniatures (ASM).

A true standout in the ring, Bumbles has earned multiple Supreme Titles, including top honours at both the Queensland and New South Wales State Championships. She’s the kind of mare who leaves a lasting impression, and we’re incredibly proud to call her ours.

Now enjoying a well-earned break from the show ring, Bumbles has spent the past year relaxing in the paddock — and with a bit of luck, she’ll be carrying a very special foal for us this season by our stud stallion Twist. We can’t wait to see what the future holds. 💕

She was the beginning of our journey, and still remains the heart of our stud.

In the early hours of Wednesday, 10th September 2025, we were delighted to welcome the arrival of our very first foal.

Although not the mare we had anticipated foaling, our lovely Evie chose to surprise us with an early delivery at 294 days gestation, arriving 26 days ahead of schedule.

We are pleased to share that both mum and foal are doing well.

This is also Twists first foal on the ground and I couldn’t be more pleased with the cross.
