Mark has been training with us for 5 months.

When Mark started he was wobbly on his feet even basic punches were a real challenge.

Mark has dedicated 1 night a week to Improving his health and fitness and not only can he endure an hour of training his flexibility and stamina have improved 10 fold and even during the toughest tests Mark always comes out smiling
