First lesson FREE for new members We are a committee run club that has been established and operating for over 50 years. We pride ourselves on providing a fun & safe environment for our students where they can grow and develop their skills to reach their potential. We are open to all members from 3 years onwards and are excited

to start a recreation senior team in 2014. All of our coaches and assistants are fully accredited with Calisthenics Association of South Australia and The Australian Calisthenics Federation. They are passionate about calisthenics choreographing colourful routines to a variety of music & designing bright costumes to suit. Calisthenics is a uniquely Australian sport which helps to develop discipline of mind and body, team work, a competitive spirit and a sense of commitment. Calisthenics is a dynamic combination of Gymnastics, Dance, Apparatus (Clubs & Rods), Marching, Singing and Acting. Calisthenics has a strong focus on deportment and presentation, helping participants to develop confidence in movement and performance and to enjoy the thrill of competing on stage in front of an audience several times a year. Participants learn to appreciate and interpret different styles of music with different styles of movement and dance. There is a strong focus on flexibility, strength and control, expression, grace and poise.
