SHiNE Dance Fitness - SHiNE’s original choreography, based on traditional jazz, ballet and hip-hop, provides the perfect balance of cardio, toning, and strength components. Start loving fitness today! A typical SHiNE™ class is approximately 55-minutes long and incorporates 16 routines. Class starts with our signature SHiNE™ warm-up, and then increases intensity as the class pro
gresses. Our instructors love to incorporate routines that bring out different emotions and movement. You will find that we alternate the complexity and intensity of the routines to ensure our students’ safety and success during a SHiNE™ class. The SHiNE™ dance floor is open to EVERY BODY. No dance experience necessary…. come as you are! evolve Dance Fitness - You want a workout that doesn’t feel like a workout? Then this is the class for you! Think awesome dance moves with strength built right in! Think you can’t do it? You totally got this! An evolve class is around 55 minutes long and incorporates aerobic / cardio routines, with tummy, leg and arm strength routines (using small hand weights if you like). BARRE ATTACK - BARRE ATTACK is a dynamic fusion of pilates, ballet and fitness. It offers a low impact, high intensity workout combining the best of all the things from standing pilates work, short cardio intervals, to dance moves in a ballet class. The class is accessible for everybody and all levels of fitness. With Barre Attack’s flowing sequences, you will feel like your body is realigned, balanced and centered. Best of all you will feel more connected to your body, giving you a sense of self and confidence which can only be ignited through the joy of movement.
