Its aim is to channel the enthusiasm of young people with mini-bikes in the right direction within a safe environment and increase their riding skills. The club has been in existence for over 40 years and is a friendly, informal, non-competitive environment for boys and girls aged up to sixteen years of age. Focusing on fun and friendship rather than on competition, it has a family like atmosphere
where riders of all ages and skill levels can enjoy riding dirt bikes. Riders are divided into grades based on their age, ability and the bike they ride to ensure a safe environment for all. We have many different circuits catering to riders of all skill levels, from beginners through to the more experienced and advanced riders. In addition to the variety of tracks there are skill building obstacles that riders can choose to practice on and trail rides that are suited to our littlest riders as well as some that will challenge the most experienced of riders! The club meets at the Elderslie property every second Sunday from February through to December. To operate effectively the club relies very heavily on the supervision and support of parents and guardians of riders. It is a Club rule that a responsible adult must accompany riders while riding on any track or using the obstacles. Parents and guardians are encouraged to help by acting as marshals and scorers or assisting with maintenance of the track and other facilities. There are limited canteen facilities provided each meet. Families may purchase sausages and hamburgers from the BBQ at lunchtime and also available throughout the day are lolly bags and cans of soft drink. The club is a non-profit organisation with a commitment to supporting the development and enjoyment in riding dirt bikes, but above all, doing so in a safe way. We use all funds from memberships and track days to support the running of the club, with all people involved donating their time and services. INFORMATION FOR PARENTS
