Skydive Elderslie (Newcastle Sport Parachute Club) is Australia's oldest skydiving club, established in 1960 by a group of parachuting enthusiasts who could see the potential of skydiving as a sport in Australia. Skydive Elderslie is located in the Hunter Valley, owned and operated by its members and for all those years we've had an excellent safety record. Whether you want to do a tandem skydive, learn to jump solo (Accelerated Freefall course) or are a sport jumper looking for the best place to skydive in the Newcastle/Hunter area, Elderslie is the place to be! We're always looking at ways of improving our service to our members, we want to make sure you will enjoy the experience and thrill of skydiving. At our private airfield in the heart of the beautiful Hunter Valley everyone is welcome! Bring your family and friends along, lay back, look up at the sky and watch the parachutes, have a BBQ, enjoy the fire pit and the fun of our wonderful club atmosphere.

🤘 WICKED WEEKEND 4 IS HERE! 🤘

Whether you’re fresh off your A Licence or you’ve been jumping for years, this weekend is all about getting everyone in the air, learning new skills, and having an unreal time.

We’ll have belly jumps, freefly coaching, 2 day intermediate angles camp, plus B-Rels and AFF instruction running across the weekend, with coaches making sure everyone gets the most out of every jump.

Want to level up? There’ll be the opportunity to work towards your Head Up Crest and Star Crest⭐️

If you’re keen for Intermediate Angles, you must DM Elios before the weekend to secure your spot.

Coaching will be led by Chris “Ducky”, Jack, Elios, and Ware.

🪂 Belly jump registrations: Jack & Chris (Ducky) $40 Per day
🛸 Angles registrations: Elios (DM him for more info)

Once the jumping’s done, stick around for an end-of-day tape, a few beers, plenty of laughs, and some quality debriefs to help you keep progressing.

Fees:
• $10/day event fee for non-members
• $10/day camping

Come for one day or make a weekend of it. Bring your mates, get on loads, meet new people, and let’s keep the plane turning all weekend.

World Skydiving Day 2024/Wicked Weekend NSPC

We sent 20 caravan loads with 16 or more slots filled on every single load, totalling in over 330 slots and contributing over 10% of Australia’s Jump numbers and over 1% of total Jump numbers Worldwide! 🌏

A small sports skydiving club with a 20 load limit contributing over 10% to the country’s total jumps numbers….That’s pretty awesome! 🇦🇺

And we are going to do it all again this year
