PSA - Don’t be this person. Use the trailhead carpark or park waayyy outta the way. Yes, a vehicle could get around you but the CFA tanker isn’t going to be happy. The gate leads onto Fire Track No. 2, aptly named for good reason!

FYI & to assist those visiting the MTB Park from afar - KARALIKA EXPRESS DH TRAIL IS CLOSED DUE TO STORM DAMAGE. The DH trail will be assessed and cleared by authorised club volunteers as they see fit. Socials will be updated accordingly once that happens and signage will be removed.

Please note, just because there is no signage present at the beginning of the DH trail, does not mean it is open (most likely, the signage removed by someone not authorised). As this information comes to you, there is very visible 'TRAIL CLOSED' signage as pictured.

Are you free Saturday February 14? We need volunteers from 8am to help facilitate the event (parking & on-course marshalling). The club will donate $100 for every volunteer (5 needed) to Embassy of Ideas to assist them in their efforts in supporting community post January 2026 fires throughout the region.

As we roll into the final rounds of the Vic Champ Series, Eildon is one not to miss as it’s also the State Champs! Enter today.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED - MAYBE YOU?
VIC champs (& State Title) are rolling into town in 2 weeks - Saturday, February 14 and we need a handful of volunteers. It will be a 4-5 hour gig marshalling on course or helping with parking. The club will donate $100 for every volunteer to Embassy of Ideas who are doing wonderful work in Alexandra (like so many) post fire event earlier this month. Send us a message, call or text. See you on race day.

The next round of the VIC Champs series is rolling into Eildon and it’s also the State XC Titles.

Points. Prestige and titles are on the line, so Iif you’ve been waiting for the one to test yourself, this is it. Get in the hunt and line up in Eildon.

Hey All - been a while! Eildon is running really well right now considering the ruthless heat this summer. Note there have been some fire prevention works undertaken where our trails cross/intersect clearings and fire breaks (for the town). Take it easy in those spots as they are powdery and loose!

If you haven’t visited the Eildon MTB Park in the last year or so you might be in for a bit of a surprise.
Bronze Wing, Skinners Sender and Up and Over have all been dramatically improved,
Concrete Coffee is now completed from the top down and Slither is a nice climb from the bottom of Concrete to paradise valley.

The Park flows a lot nicer and is hopefully easier to navigate.

Sticks and stones for the more advanced riders.
Suggested route- stag track onto the tee tree twisty then up and over, skinners sender, concrete coffee climb to the top if you can (or the half way point) at the bottom of concrete head back up the creek on slither down paradise, bronze wing then dragons head.Enjoy 🤘

First time ride at Eildon MTB park, and I have to say, it’s a little gem!
It’s clear that a lot of work has been put into the trails here lately to create new flowing trails to compliment the other natural twisting singletrack. It’s looking great!
The park has something for everyone. From family friendly green loops to super gnarly downhill, you are bound to find your flavour here.
Just 1.5hrs from Melbourne, if you’re looking for somewhere new to ride, go check it out!
The pies from Eildon Bakery Cafe are worth a stop off too… 🥧
