11am - great for the mum who’s baby has a morning sleep at home

1pm - great for the mum who isn’t a morning person! She has her s**t together come lunchtime and wants an outing for the arvo or before school pick up!

Small group classes 👯‍♀️
Classes include 3 – 4 ladies
Babies are welcome and can be worn for the session
Suitable for any fitness level and ability

Personal training 💪🏻
A one on one program specific to the individual aims and goals be it during pregnancy or postpartum

Pregnancy programs 🤰
You have found out that you are pregnant but you are not too sure how to navigate your training I can write personal pregnant programs for you to complete at your desired gym

Postnatal programs👩‍🍼
You would like to start your journey back into fitness in the comfort of your own home or your desired gym

CrossFit 🏋️‍♂️🤸🏼‍♀️
Being in the CrossFit world for over 10 years I can help you work on specific goals, Olympic lifting, gymnastic skills or extra programming

EXCITING NEWS 📣

I am back after having my beautiful baby girl and I am starting a 6 week postpartum block on Monday 24th July.

What is included in this package:

2 classes per week Monday and Wednesday 11:00am – 12:00pm

💫We have partnered with .lifestyle to provide you with postpartum nutritional support and meal planning

What is included in the sessions
• Learn how to connect your core, breath, and pelvic floor to build strength from the inside out
• Fundamental movements that relate to mum life
• Building strength and focusing on rehab movements after pregnancy
• Mobility and stretching
• Basic conditioning (get a sweat on and endorphins flowing!)

Is this for me?
• Newly postpartum mamas recently cleared to exercise
• Any fitness level and background welcome
• Babies are welcome and are with you for the whole session

Cost of this package is $400 for the 6 week block!

She kept us waiting until 41 weeks! Labour was absolutely amazing and I was so lucky to have my good friend and midwife Gina with me!

2 weeks postpartum and I have started to introduce breath work and rehab movements.

Stay tuned for my postpartum recovery!
