We have seniors, juniors and small sided teams.

U13’s vs Croydon - Grand Final 🏆🚀

We spoke this week on how important our start was and to put Croydon on the back foot early.

We executed this to a tee and went up early after applying massive forward pressure.
Croydon equalised midway through the first, which the lads took in their stride and didn't allow it to rattle them.

Half time chat was all about standing up in the big moments and to trust each other and we came out firing once again, scoring minutes after the restart.

From there, the game became an arm wrestle, with neither team giving an inch.

Croydon equalised with the dying kick of the game, but was deemed offside and we finished 2-1 up and league Champions.
Big thank you to all that came out and supported us today, it meant a lot.

Only one thing left…

Playford Patriots are now taking expressions of interest for our Senior Women’s program for the 2027 season!

Following a strong 2026 season, we’re continuing to build our women’s program and are looking for ambitious, committed, and talented players ready to be part of what we’re building at Playford.

Whether you’re an experienced player looking to compete at Division 1 level, or a motivated player looking to develop, challenge yourself and take the next step in your football - we want to hear from you! 😊

Thank you, Shaun Harvey 🚀

After an incredible football journey, Shaun Harvey has announced his retirement from football.

From his early days with Adelaide United Youth, where he captained the Young Reds, Shaun went on to build a remarkable career with Campbelltown City - becoming a club life member and winning numerous NPL championships.

But for us at Playford, Shaun’s legacy will always be about what he helped build here.

He arrived in 2023 and immediately brought experience, leadership and standards to our group. He captained us to the 2024 State League 1 Championship and promotion to the NPL, before leading us into the topflight.

More than the games, the trophies and the years, Shaun has been the type of teammate every club wants - dependable, competitive, selfless and always prepared to put the team first.

Shaun, thank you for everything you have given to Playford Patriots, and to South Australian football.

A great player. A great captain. An even better bloke.
