🏀 KABA 2026 SEASON - TERM 4! 🏀

We’re getting ready for another great season of basketball!

Our 9 week competition kicks off Monday 5th October, with juniors playing Mondays and seniors on Thursdays.

Junior registrations are now open via PlayHQ, link below.

U10s: Born 2018, 2017 and 2016
13&U: Born 2015, 2014 and 2013

Aussie Hoops will also be back for our younger basketballers! Stay tuned for more details coming soon!

Junior age groups and teams will be finalised depending on numbers registered.

Seniors, send through your team, or pop your name down individually and we’ll do our best to find you a team. Message the KABA page, Bec or Alex.

We’d also love to hear from anyone keen to coach or umpire this season, many hands make light work!

🏀 JUNIOR COME & TRY🏀

We’re running a couple of free come & try sessions before the new season gets underway!

Whether your child has never played before and wants to give it a go, or they’ve played before and just want to brush up on their skills, everyone is welcome.

U10s - born 2016, 2017 & 2018
13&U - born 2013, 2014 & 2015

The hour will include some skills, a bit of game play and most importantly, plenty of fun. It’s a great chance to get comfortable on the court, build some confidence and have a run around before the season starts.

No pressure, no commitment, just come along and have a go!

As National Volunteer Week is celebrated, the Kowree Amateur Basketball Association extends heartfelt thanks to every volunteer who makes basketball in our community possible.

From the committee members who dedicate countless hours behind the scenes, to the coaches who inspire players to grow both on and off the court, every contribution helps build the strong, supportive environment that defines KABA.

A special thank you goes to our referees, who uphold the spirit of fair play and ensure every game runs smoothly.
