Our Preschool classes have started learning some basic body shapes/ yoga poses. 🤸🧘

These are fantastic foundation movements and the kids have a great time pulling a random card out to see what movement is next.

As the weather cools down there are a few points we'd like to share to keep warm in the studio. Once you're moving you'll warm up but until then, layers are your friend.

❄️Wrap Around Cardi's are a great addition over a leotard or tight fitting tshirt. (There are a few in our drawers for sale if you want to have a look)
❄️Leg warmers are excellent over ballet tights or even sports leggings to keep your ankles and calves from cramping.
❄️ UGG boots are almost essential between classes to keep your feet warm.

Lastly, please remember that if you are sick stay at home and rest.

Feel like a holiday? So do we!🏝️

There will be no classes Saturday June 6th, so all our students and teachers can enjoy the long weekend. Keep your fingers crossed for nice weather 🤞. We'll see you back in the studio for classes as normal on Tuesday 9th June.

And on Wednesdays our Intermediate classes have the studio (roughly 12 - 15 years old). Your kids are never too old to join. Come for your free first lesson today!
