compete as the Echuca Moama United EMUS Masters Football Club in the Victoria Country Masters league. Training is held every Wednesday night at the Echuca South Recreation Reserve at 6pm all year round and is suitable for men over 35 of all football experience, from seasoned veterans to beginners looking to take up footy. Meals and refreshments available after training each week. New members are a

lways welcome to attend great way to keep in shape both physically and mentally (under 35 welcome). During the season we play once a fortnight for Over 35's and Over 45's. Great way to meet new mates and get out and about. The EMUs are all about supporting men's health and keeping active (with a few beers in between).

EMU FC Team Selection – ROUND 5 Hit Out 🟡🔵

The boys are locked in and ready to roll tomorrow as we take on Yarrawonga in a big hit out at 3pm over in Yarrawonga.

Training has been strong the last few weeks, the intensity has lifted and the group is building nicely together heading into another good challenge.

Big Lucas Walker is ready to lead from the front and guide the boys into what should be a cracking contest 💪

Gold numbers this week for the true survivors of Masters footy 👊

While the AFL world celebrates Scott Pendlebury’s massive milestone this weekend, the Emus have a milestone of our own… 🤣

Just getting out of bed Sunday morning without sounding like a packet of microwave popcorn is a win in itself.

No hamstrings snapped putting the socks on ✅No calves gone walking from the car park ✅Most of the boys actually remembered where they parked ✅

At our age, running out onto the ground is the milestone 😂

Big shoutout to all the Emus lads that keep turning up every week, somehow still lacing the boots up and pretending the body is “feeling good” after warm up.

It was a BIG weekend for the Emus in Round 4 taking on the Crays at Tongala👊

The boys put together a strong performance with the Emus coming away with a great win, 87 to 21 👏

Plenty of contributors across the ground, strong pressure all day and some great team footy played from start to finish.

After the game we recognised a number of standout performances with our weekly awards 👏

ROUND 4 IS HERE 🔥

The Emus take on the Murray Crays this weekend at Tongala Football Ground in what should be another ripping day of footy.

🕧 Games kicking off from 12:30pm / 1:00pm
📍 Venue: Tongala Football Ground
🍻 After game: Tongala Pub

🚌 The bus will be running!
Leaving South Oval at 11am, then heading back to the Cal afterwards for a few beers and dinner. A poll will be put up in the Messenger group for numbers.
