📢Echuca Junior Pirates Tryouts Registration NOW OPEN 🏴‍☠️

Echuca Junior Pirates basketball is a selected representative basketball program where athletes represent Echuca in their age group at higher-level weekend tournaments (up to 7) between September 2026 and April 2027. Squad training begins July/August.

📅 Tryout dates and times: Between 13 July and 26 July

Details will be shared for the exact tryout times for each age group which will occur within the 13–26 July window—watch this page for updates. 🏴‍☠️

Age of eligibility:
U12 Girls/Boys - born 2016-2018
U14 Girls/Boys - born 2014-2015
U16 Girls/Boys - born 2012-2013
U18 Girls/Boys - born 2010-2011

ℹ️Compulsory parent/carer information sessions will occur throughout the tryout period. Full details of the season, tournaments and the representative program will be provided at these sessions.

🗓️ Attendance requirement: Athletes must attend two of the three tryouts to be eligible for selection.
