I hope everyone has had a happy and safe start to 2021, and that you are excited for what the year has in store.

I am currently in yet another lockdown - but I’m not mad about it! Lockdown gives my imagination time to run wild. My notes on my phone are exploding with my ideas for Mind Moves Pilates and my gosh it makes me so excited for the future!
I have attained my current situation through the power of dreaming big, and now I’m working towards my future by dreaming even bigger yet again.

Although Mind Moves Pilates is on hold for now, it will be coming to you one day in a HUGE way - when that day will be, who knows - regardless, I’m pumped!

✨ COMING 2021 ✨ Being stuck in a small apartment in Melbourne during lockdown meant I had to find something to occupy myself with. I put my time and energy into completing a Pilates course, learning about the human body and what we are capable of with different movements.
