Happy Mother's day to our Taephoon mums, we hope you are enjoying the day.

Yesterday, a small Taephoon team competed at the 2026 Gold Coast Open in Taekwondo sparring.🥋
Prat was first on the mats, bringing explosive energy that carried him through to the final, earning Gold🥇. He’s a great example of determination, perseverance, listening to his coaches, and learning from past experiences.
Imilyn showed excellent focus, working on her visualisation and mindset before competing. She fought with control, conserved her energy, and read her opponent well—finishing with a well-deserved Gold🥇.
Also representing Taephoon were Euro Bronze🥉, Ryan Silver & Bronze🥈🥉, Ray, and Carlo. It takes real courage to step onto the mats knowing someone is coming at you. That’s where resilience is built. Competing is about growth—learning, improving, and pushing yourself every time you step on the mat.
Congratulations to you all. We are very proud of you.
