How good was JD wars for our NSW team. Piper Bennett took out the DYO Class, winning rounds in Chicago shootout and having a great total package taking the win over Taylor Horton from Victoria. Taylah Smith won all three rounds in Chicago shootout only missing the final by 20 one thousandths, but also took out the teams race on Friday. Tommy Dawson, took tunner up in the C Outlaw’s race. Alex Refalo PB’d, and Jacob Longo for a short time was a the fastest junior in town with a 7.28.

Round 3 was a hard fought battle across all matchups. We had 22 racers qualify for racing Elimination 1 saw a rematch of the Round 2 finalists with a very slim total package win to Zayne Condello over Charlotte Liefting. We also saw some challenges with engines and clutches that crew chiefs worked hard to overcome to keep their drivers in the game. After a long day, Zayne went on to take victory over newcomer, Alexis Attard in the final. It was a great day racing by everyone. See you all at the next one.

Calling all NSW Junior Dragsters!!!We only have 4 registered NSW racers for the JD Wars at Easter. We need a few more to create a second team to take down the Victorians, Queenslanders and Kiwi’s. . Do it for state pride!

What a big weekend for Juniors in NSW. We started off the weekend with the 2024 Championship presentations. Great event at the Atura Hotel. We heard about lots of exciting things that Sydney Dragway is doing to continue to promote our sport. We also got to see our champion and runner up receive their hard earned trophies in a tough field. 36 entrants with the top 8 separated by 80 points going into the final round. Well done Piper Bennett and Chloe Raikko.
