The North would like to acknowledge the unmeasurable amount of time and energy that our retiring Jarls have dedicated to our community over the past decade. As we reminisce over our journey of growth as a warband we asked the Jarls to recount some of their favourite memories.

The North have had a lot of changes over our ten years as a warband. 2022 marks a new era for us as our Jarls Anthony Commane, Iain Dalglish, Joseph Ióhansson and Leigh Ellefsen will be stepping down to enjoy well earned retirement. Jarl Lou Harwood (Thyra Stromgard) will continue as the sole Warband Leader and will be supported by Aarlon Tremayne (Torlaf Ericson) the newly appointed 2IC.

In response to the current and evolving situation involving COVID-19, the North has made the decision to hold off on attending Swordcraft Melbourne as a warband for now in the hopes of limiting exposure of our members and those of the community to the chance of infection. Attendance will resume once the situation changes, however for now our promotion ceremony planned for 27/03 will be postponed.

We recommend that all people continue to follow basic hygiene practices, and that anyone who believes they have been infected to see a medical practitioner.

This weekend we went to the Redwood Forrest to enjoy a day of Role-play and merriment. We enjoyed the majesty of the wood whilst our bards played music. A fantastic day out.
