Easts Fitness Centre East Fitness Centre is located underneath Easts Leisure & Golf Club. It provides a fitness centre for a range of fitness levels.

A variety of classes are available, they include-Aerobics, Boxing, Stretching and circuit. MONDAY:
Aerobics 9.15am
ABT's (Abs Butts & Thighs) 5.30pm
Move into Stretch 6.00pm
Cycle Power 6.45pm

TUESDAY:
ABT's 8.30am
Aerobics 12.30pm
Cycle Power 4.30pm
Boxing 5.45pm

WEDNESDAY:
Cycle Power 8.45am
Rhythmical Stretch 9.30am
Kettle Bell Work Out 4.30pm
Aerobics 5.15pm

THURSDAY:
Aerobics 6.10am
Kettle

Dear Gym Members

In respect of the passing of our valued member, Geoff McGoffog and to allow our staff to attend his funeral, Easts Fitness Centre will be closed between 10.30am and 3.00pm on Thursday the 26th June 2025.

⚠️LOCKDOWN ANNOUNCEMENT ⚠️

Following the NSW Government announcement this morning, the Hunter Region will go into lockdown for one week from today.

Easts Fitness Centre will be CLOSED from 2pm today 5 August and will re-open Friday 13 August if no extension to lockdown is announced.

The health and safety of our Members, Visitors and Staff is our number one priority during this difficult time.

Following the re-introduction of Government restrictions, please remember the following is in immediate effect at the Bowling Club, Golf Club and Fitness Centre.

- Masks will be compulsory for all patrons and staff
- Drinking whilst standing will not be permitted
- Dancing will not be permitted
- Gym classes will be limited to 20 per class and all gym participants must wear masks
- The one person per 4 square meter rule will apply

⚠️ Attention Members ⚠️

Due to the recent announcement by the NSW Government in relation to increased restrictions on Fitness Centres and Gyms effective from the 1st August 2020, the Club has made the difficult decision to postpone all Gym Classes until further notice.

Easts Fitness Centre will continue to trade with normal hours, however the cancellation of classes will allow for our team to focus on Covid Cleaning and the enforcement of social distancing measures as required by the NSW Public Health order.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Our priority is the health and wellbeing of our members, visitors and staff

We hope that this is a temporary change and that we will be able to offer classes again soon.
