If you’re getting back into fitness tommorow, this is what I want you to focus on.
Preparation over motivation.
Discipline over perfection.
Doing the things , not thinking about the things.
Start with the basics.
Track your food.
Get your steps in.
Train your body.
You do not need a million unnecessary things to get back on track. You need to do the simple things. Consistently.
I care less about the scales and your pictures. I care more about how you are feeling in your body and what you are choosing moving forward.
