Eastern Park Croquet Club Geelong The Eastern Park Croquet Club, based in Geelong is a friendly club where members can play Association, Golf and Ricochet. Free coaching is available to members.

Club rooms and lawns are available for hire by groups. Established in 1912 as the Eastern Park Bowling & Croquet Club, the first Croquet lawn was laid down in 1919 under the direction of Mr John L Gibson, for the benefit of wives and lady relatives. The "Eastern Park Croquet Club" was inaugurated on 12 February 1920 by Mrs F Ritchie the President. In 1922 the Club name was altered to the "Geelong

Eastern Park Ladies Croquet Club". The Club was opened to gentlemen members and the name of the Club reverted to "Eastern Park Croquet Club" in 1961. The Club is situated on Crown Land and is on the Victorian Heritage Register as part of the Eastern Park and Botanical Gardens listing. The Historical Club house was originally a small shelter built for storage and the provision of afternoon teas. This was enlarged several times over ensuing years.

Player Profile – Andy Barbero (Australia)

We are delighted to welcome Andy Barbers to the Golf Croquet Open Championships 2026 at Budleigh Salterton Croquet Club.

This year’s championships will feature a superb field of players from the UK and around the world competing across six days of top-class golf croquet on the beautiful Budleigh lawns.

We look forward to welcoming Andy to what promises to be a fantastic week of championship action overlooking Lyme Bay.

Croquet Australia are excited to announce the National Event Calendar for the second half of 2026‼️

There is SO MUCH to look forward to in 2026 and it all starts with the "September Carnival" of events starting with the GC Gold Medal - followed by the GC Singles for both women and men, before we present the much anticipated state versus state Interstate Shield (ISS) where the best players from each state come together to battle it out for the BIG prize 🏆 Defending Champions NSW will have high hopes, but they will be in enemy territory this year and we have it on good authority the Victorian team are already in training!

Keep up-to-date with all event information including opening dates for registrations for all events listed. Please keep in mind ALL registration events on the calendar will follow a consistent formula of opening 60 days prior and entries closing 30 days prior to all events requiring player registration.
