And the best part? Jo’s discovered that 3 really is the magic number.

She told me that when she was doing two classes a week, there were days she had to push herself to get there. Since committing to three, something changed — she wants to come, her body expects it, and she’s feeling stronger, moving better and staying more flexible.

That’s where consistency really starts to work its magic ✨ It stops feeling like a chore and starts feeling like a necessity.

Like breathing really… 😉😂

From both of my home studios, to Troy Park outdoors during COVID, being my body for my reformer exam and now coming with me to Hybrid — Nic has been there through it all.
