Hi, my name is Lauren — I’m a Personal Trainer and Perimenopause Coach passionate about helping women become stronger, healthier and more confident through strength training.
I believe training is about so much more than aesthetics. It’s about building healthy habits, self-belief and feeling empowered in your own body at every stage of life.
I’m especially passionate about supporting women through perimenopause by helping them understand their bodies, improve strength, support their health and regain confidence during a time that can often feel overwhelming.
My goal is to create a supportive environment where women feel comfortable learning to lift weights, improve performance and build long-term habits that support both physical and mental wellbeing.
