Maintaining a good exercise routine is always important! Even more so now! Keep moving and this will help your immune system too!

Four reasons why exercise is so important for your immune system. Information has been supplied by Fitness Australia the governing body for Fitness Professionals in Australia.

1. Moderate intensity exercise triggers an increased release and circulation of white blood cells and antibodies that help fight infection.
2. Exercise increases the ability of your immune system to detect pathogens.
3. Performing moderate intensity exercise regularly has been shown to reduce symptoms of upper respiratory infection by 25-50% compared to those who are sedentary.
4. Moderate intensity can have an anti-inflammatory influence on the body which reduces the risk of developing conditions associated with COVID-19 including asthma.

First outdoor session, making use of the new regulations! A beautiful day to get things started. These ladies were super good sports using their medicine 🏀, dumbbells, and bodies to get through the session.

New Exercise Class.
See you in Balmoral Park, Bennetts Road this Monday for an outdoor park session! BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL The rest of the classes will be live streamed on Zoom as per normal. Details of classes are as follows:

8.00 - 8.45am Monday Balmoral Park Bennetts Road
8.00 - 8.45am Tuesday Live Session (Zoom option)
8.00 - 8.45am Tuesday Live Session (Zoom option)

9 person limit for the park session and Bookings are essential. For all links please send a message. If you are on the mailing list you would have received the links last Thursday.
For the park session please bring your own mat, towel and water bottle. If you prefer to use your own equipment then you can bring that along too. Otherwise I will have one piece of equipment for each person to use for themselves.
