EGK - Elite Goalkeeping

EGK - Elite Goalkeeping The program was developed in 1996 by John Crawley, a nationally recognised and accredited coach and former national and international player.

Elite Goalkeeping is a specialist Academy where young and developing goalkeepers can learn and acquire the skills of goalkeeping as well as the physical and mental attributes necessary to perform at an elite level. The core values of Elite Goalkeeping are founded on the following objectives:

1. To assess and enhance the basic skill levels of each participant.

2. To incorporate new ideas and tech

niques now in vogue with Youth Goalkeeping Coaching Programs and practiced by many elite goalkeepers in Europe and South America.

3. To introduce and foster a psychological approach to performance by each participant.
