As the days grow shorter and the air turns cooler, this new term invites you into a practice of **steady strength and balance** — both on and off the mat.

We’ll be moving through a grounding warrior-inspired flow, building strength, resilience, and stability, while softly reconnecting with ourselves.

This is your space to slow down, find your footing, and return to what feels steady within 🤍

Take a moment to pause with our *After Work Buffer* from 5:30–6:30pm — the perfect (quick-ish) restorative reset after a busy day.

Or, if you’re feeling called to linger a little longer, join us for the *Lighter Hearted* sound session from 6:45–8:00pm — with an extra 15 minutes of healing, connection, and gentle integration.

Come and rest, receive, and allow the healing vibrations of sound to calm the mind and nourish the body. 🌿

Small group practitioner sound meditation that is unscripted and non-performative.

Sure, there's a framework. But mostly, it's about working with you and the energies of the room so we can share in the medicinal and dynamic power of sound, and journey where it takes us.

Anchored in diploma training, case studies and trauma awareness that respect and understand the power of sound. You will be guided by a sound professional (not another yoga teacher playing crystal bowls because...)
