Progressive programs designed for your specific needs determined during your initial assessment. Tailored sessions for injury, pain, menopause, PCOS, POTS, fatigue and more. Regular follow up assessments.
๐ข Small Group Classes
Small, supportive sessions focused on guided, whole-body movement, perfect for building confidence, improving mobility, and staying consistent. You are provided with your own program following an initial assessment.
๐ข Circuit Classes
Follow a set of stations that target strength, balance, and endurance. With supervision from an Exercise Physiologist, making them ideal for those wanting a structured but flexible workout. Fun and community minded.
