After a long competitive athletic career in gymnastics, dancing, circus and bodybuiding; I found my life-calling to be helping others be the best they can be. This lead me to pursue further study in fitness with Fit College (www.fitcollege.com.au). Whip-it Whit Fitness and Performance Personal Training combines my knowledge of exercise science and fitness with my personal background in competitive

gymnastics, circus, dance and figure competition to provide a holistic, functional approach to physical training to bring out the best athletic ability in everybody.
