Mothering, Come Home to Yourself
There's a version of motherhood that doesn't show up in the traditional definition.
I'm a Step mum. A bonus mum. I've mothered friendships, nurtured people through hard seasons, and been the person people come to when they need somewhere safe to land.
For ten years, I've watched so many women here learn to do something similar - for themselves. To finally put their own body on the list, instead of last.
Because caring for your body isn't indulgent. It's a form of mothering yourself.
And I think that's what longevity has always really meant. Not doing more. Showing up for yourself, consistently, so your body is still capable and steady decades from now.
If you've spent years mothering everyone except yourself, I see you.
Movement deserves care. 🌿
