Always happy for babies to come to class, don’t ever feel they are in the way or a distraction
Bring a bouncer , bring a rug and I promise I’ll be here for a cuddle should they need one whilst you sweat it out.

Amazing benefits, assisting all the extra hormones that allow the body to relax.
Sadly for many it results in back pain, aching legs, fatigue, a decrease in pelvic floor strength and for many sciatica.

So get on that reformer and take comfort in knowing that I will do all I can to keep you moving comfortably, working smarter not necessarily harder but still working on the core and the gluteals and you will feel great ! Continuing your Pilates journey through pregnancy also allows for a quicker recovery because your already fit, fabulous and healthy.

You start feeling clumsy, pain, un co-ordinated but you continue the challenge, I see you find a spark and your love it and before long you’ve got names for those biceps 😂 side line abs 😂 planks on one arm 😂 and a firm …….
