Postpartum doesn’t come with an expiry date!
Whether you’re 6 weeks or 6+ years postpartum, this package is designed to help you feel strong, confident, and supported as you return to (or level up) your training.
This isn’t about “bouncing back.”
It’s about:
• rebuilding strength gradually
• having structure and accountability
• training in a space that understands motherhood
• and finally prioritising you!
You’ll get a mix of 1:1 coaching, mums & bubs group training, and simple guidance to support your body and lifestyle.
