Built Strong 💪

This package is designed for women who want to make strength training a regular part of their week, with structure, support, and consistency!

What’s included:
• 3 × small group strength sessions per week
• 1 × personalised at-home session to complement your training (optional)
• Simple nutrition guidance to support your goals

Investment: $95 per week

Availability: from January 12th onwards (start anytime from this date)

Group training times are currently:

Monday, Wednesday & Thursday at 10:00am

Once 10:00am sessions are full, an additional 9:15am time slot will be opened.

If the full package isn’t the right fit right now, casual small group sessions are also available at $35 per session.

Spaces are limited and expected to fill quickly.

Postpartum doesn’t come with an expiry date!

Whether you’re 6 weeks or 6+ years postpartum, this package is designed to help you feel strong, confident, and supported as you return to (or level up) your training.

This isn’t about “bouncing back.”
It’s about:
• rebuilding strength gradually
• having structure and accountability
• training in a space that understands motherhood
• and finally prioritising you!

You’ll get a mix of 1:1 coaching, mums & bubs group training, and simple guidance to support your body and lifestyle.

Availability from January 12th onwards

I’m taking a short break from social media between Christmas and New Year.

Less noise, more presence, and quality time with family ❤️

I want to say a huge thank you to all my clients for an incredible year. Your trust, effort, and commitment honestly mean so much to me. I’m so grateful for each of you.

I’ll be recharging for an epic year ahead! And trust me, I’ve got some exciting offerings launching in the new year, and I can’t wait to share them with you soon!
