Our committee has worked extremely hard throughout the year to bring the club to its current successful position and we look forward to welcoming all members, sponsors and special guests for an evening of celebration.

This Sunday, 8th March, we are hosting our very first Sunday Session at DBYC and we couldn’t be more excited! 🎶

We’re thrilled to have the amazing band Crash Gybe playing live from 4pm, featuring our very own Vice Commodore Jon Hall.

Grab a drink, settle in on the balcony or the lawn, and enjoy a fantastic afternoon of live music overlooking the bay.

A gourmet BBQ will also be available for those who would like to stay on for dinner.

Another action-packed weekend awaits at DBYC as we once again host the Trans Cape finishing line celebrations this Saturday 7th March.

Trans Cape SwimRun is an exciting and fluid endurance event where competitors, racing in pairs, alternate between running and swimming from Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse to the Dunsborough Bay Yacht Club.

The course winds its way along trails, beaches, rocks and coastal paths, giving participants a truly unique way to experience the spectacular beauty of the Cape, our beaches and the stunning Meelup Regional Park.

Our bar will be open from 11am, and we’ll have a sausage sizzle available for spectators, so come down, soak up the atmosphere and help us cheer these incredible athletes across the finish line while supporting our club.

What a weekend we have coming up at DBYC, kicking off tomorrow!

We’re excited to be hosting our annual Bay Regatta at the Club, with both junior and senior sailors out on the water all weekend battling it out for top honours.

It’s always a fantastic showcase of talent, sportsmanship and great racing on the bay.

The action doesn’t stop when the boats come in!

Join us on Saturday for live music on the lawn from 5pm, followed by a gourmet banquet dinner by The Local from 6.30pm.

Be sure to jump on our website and register for dinner — it’s set to be a wonderful evening at the Club.

OPENING DAY AT DUNSBOROUGH BAY YACHT CLUB

Our official opening day was one to remember!

Perfect weather set the scene for some fantastic sailing from both our junior and senior members.

The beverages were flowing, the food was delicious and there were smiles all round.

A special thank you to our Dunsborough Bay Yacht Club Commodore Craig Saunders for hosting the day, as well as to all our committee members, club members, sponsors, and our patron Libby Mettam for your continued support.

Here’s to a successful season ahead.
