Join us as we celebrate the Winter Solstice. The longest night of the year and a powerful reminder that even in the darkest season, the light always returns.

Traditionally, the Winter Solstice is a time to pause, reflect, reset and welcome the gradual return of longer days ahead. It’s an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself and embrace the season of rest and renewal.

To honour this special occasion, we’re hosting a 60-minute Winter Solstice Class at the studio.

❄️ 3 TIPS TO STAY CONSISTENT THIS WINTER ❄️

As the mornings get darker and the couch gets more tempting, it’s easy to let your routine slip. But winter is when consistency matters most. 💪

Here are our top 3 tips to keep moving this season:

1. Keep your membership active & commit to your weekly goal
Don’t hit pause on the habits you’ve worked so hard to build. Whether you’re a 2, 3 or 4 class-per-week member, make it your mission to hit your weekly classes and smash out our Winter Wellness Warrior Challenge. Small, consistent actions add up to big results.

2. Add a Strength class to your routine
Winter is the perfect time to focus on building strength. Not only does strength training help improve muscle tone and bone health, but it also boosts metabolism, improves energy levels and helps you feel stronger in everyday life.

3. Book your classes in advance
Treat your workouts like any other important appointment. When your classes are booked, you’re far more likely to show up, even on those cold mornings when motivation is nowhere to be found.

✨ Why stay consistent over winter?

Regular exercise does so much more than keep you fit. It can help:

I opened Pilates Bar because I fell in love with how Pilates made me feel.

And I kept meeting mums who were desperate to feel like themselves again, but kept putting themselves last because life felt too busy.

So we built the kind of studio we knew mums actually needed.
