BBQ LUNCH – PRESENTATION – AGM
SUNDAY 17TH MAY 26

*** BBQ LUNCHEON –
A small donation would be appreciated, a list will be up on the inside/outside noticeboards to write your name/s down, or you can txt or ring Hannah, please RSVP by Friday 8th May, this is purely for catering purposes. Members it is very embarrassing when guest attend and not catered for.
**** PRESENTATION –
If you have won an in-house event, the presentation will be promptly after the BBQ, the reason for this is, as there will also be the A.G.M. following the presentation.
**** A.G.M. –
All positions are open; nomination forms are on the counter of the bar. The position is for 1 year, if more than one nominee for any position this will be voted on by a secret ballot.
Please hand your nomination forms to the Secretary, who will present them at the A.G.M. for approval.
