We're thrilled to announce that Katie will soon be offering 1:1 Reformer Pilates sessions from our Dungog studio.
After completing her Pilates training and continuing her own journey in strength, mobility, and movement, Katie is bringing Reformer Pilates to Farmstrong Fitness to help clients build strength, improve balance, increase flexibility, and move with confidence.
