Phoenix Gymnastics is the culmination of a dream by two women who knew that there was a way forward for Gymnastics and for themselves. The dream was to create a Gymnastics Club where everyone is respected, feels safe, are supported to learn gymnastics and other movement based programs, and to positively develop from their experiences there. ⭐️ NEW CLASSES ⭐️

We are excited to announce that we will be opening two new classes in Term 4!

🔸MAG 4x4 (7-12y) - Wednesday 4:00pm-5:00pm
🔸Tumbling (10y+) - Thursday 5:00pm-6:30pm

Due to small numbers in our Wednesday Free G (8-12y) class we have decided to change this to a MAG class. Our Tuesday and Friday Free G (8-12y) classes are still available to book into.

Have you seen our new leotard? Our comp girls have been kind enough to model them for us and they look FABULOUS! Of course we also got matching club bike shorts to go with them. These new items are going quickly and stock is limited!

💚 Gymfinity Invitational 2026 💚

We had our last junior invitational competition for the year and what a great comp to finish the season. Our gymnasts displayed every bit of their hard work, dedication and passion out on the floor and we couldn’t be prouder. Congratulations 👏 to you all for such an amazing comp season!

Our favourite kind of mornings starts with our Little Birds class 🐦‍🔥. We love to see all the little ones and grown ups having fun 🥰.

Our Little Birds classes are on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:30-10:30am. We would love to see you come and have fun with us in our colourful gym 🌈!

✨Sunshine Coast Junior Regionals 2026✨

What an outstanding performance from our gymnasts at the SC Junior Regionals competition! These girls have improved in leaps and bounds over the last couple of months and they showed off their hard work with incredible routines. Words cannot express how proud we are 🥰. Congratulations 🎉 to Emma for passing level 4 and Ariana for passing her level 5.

Unfortunately, we have to cancel our Thursday Little Birds class as well as our Thursday afternoon classes tomorrow 23rd July due to construction 🚧 next door. Classes will resume back to normal Friday 24th July.

Next weekend our comp girls will be competing at the Junior Regionals which will be held by Wide Bay Gymnastics Club. There will be many different clubs coming to compete and will be a great opportunity for you to come and see what a gymnastics comp 🤸‍♂️ is all about. Plus it’s right here in Hervey Bay.

We will have gymnasts competing in session 1, 3, 4 and 5. We know our comp girls would much appreciate the extra support from their Phoenix family 🖤🧡.
