One of my hardest working clients, Jody. Today was her biggest test yet. As you can see here, on her last legs at the end of a big endurance session.

1 set and 50 reps on each exercise with a little cardio thrown in.

Started with 5 min run on the treadmill, then onto: Smith mach squats Leg press. Trap bar squats Leg ext. Hamstring curls Machine leg press Bike 2 mins hard setting Tricep ext as Jody wants to tone up the arms a little Then rower for 50 pulls on the hardest setting

Finished on: 50 leg raises 50 squat press with med ball and 50 med ball slams

That's it folks, minimal rest between exercises.
