🍏🍓NEED HELP WITH NUTRITION?🍏🍓
For some people exercise and training are set into their routine. They can get up and go! But when it comes to nutrition, this is where many of us stumble!
We over-eat, under-eat, eat foods that are not so nutritious but make us “feel good”, then “feel bad”…and the battle continues!
There’s no set of rules or diet, or any single system that provides the solution for all of us.
We can try and follow a guideline, or set of points to put us on track with better options regarding our nutrition….the bottom line is…if you think you need to make some adjustments then YOU need to put that work in!
Some resources that may help you with this are:

This information may just assist with some ‘navigation’ towards better choices. But at the end of the day you need to make the effort; and those “stumbles” are allowed. Don’t be hard on yourself. Just make the correction and keep going!
