Dunedin gets his first win on the board for the team on the home deck!!!!
aided by a patient 12/10 ride by Leeshelle Small
She rolled forward and placed the 5yo Gelding in the perfect position behind the leader,
scoring by a comfortable 2 Length win.

It all started about 18 years ago at Cale oval with the Narromine junior Jets . One of the many trophies recieved , Player of the Year . Fast forward a few years , his second year in the U.K and first full season with Workington has been nothing short of phenomenal. With numerous awards and man of the matches along the way , Zarrin told me he can’t believe he’s won it . But I can , his determination and dedication to the sport is nothing short of incredible. Betfred League 1 player of the year . So incredibly proud . While the footy season is over for most he has a few games in Malta and Dubai starting next week , after that home to Dubbo for Christmas . Well done my boy 💙🏆

Where it all began . Frankie was a bit slow out of the barriers when he entered the world but boy has he made up for it . From not wanting to suck off his mum from the night he was born , sprung into action and milked mum of her colostrum and milk . We bottle fed him for a while till he got the hang of it . At 2 days old he come down with a severe infection and thought we may lose him . Massive Thankyou to Don Crosby for all he did . Every 4 hours we had him on a drip which meant lots of late nights and earlier than usual mornings at the stables . Within a few weeks he had made a full recovery . Thankyou to everyone who has been a part of Frankie’s journey so far . We are so very proud of you Frankie 🩷🖤

This win might only be a Maiden at Bathurst but to win with this boy Frankie’s Shout who we got before he was even born and have seen him grow into this beautiful boy that he is breaks his maiden at start 5 taking his career to 5 starts for a win and two placings and taking his Prizemoney to $23,525. We can’t thank everyone that has played a role in his life from Don Crosby when we nearly lost him as a foal, Natalie Pearce for her help with foaling him, Duncan Edwards for his magnificent breaking services and lastly Kath Pitomac for her work at the stables and her Fantastic ride today

Dubbo trainer Janelle Galea enjoyed a hugely successful afternoon at the Cowra Jockey Club meeting on Sunday, producing a winning double with gallopers Eastern Odyssey and Street Swagger victorious.

Apprentice Jess Brookes combined with Eastern Odyssey to record that mare's second career win under Galea's care, while Street Swagger, ridden by Wendy Peel, provided the second winning leg.
