The Team Jack Fundraiser Night is coming up, and tickets are still available – book yours now!

It’s going to be a fantastic W***y Wonka-themed night, all while raising money for a wonderful cause.

Grab a group of friends, family or workmates and get along for a fun night while supporting Team Jack and the incredible work they do.

🥊 BOXING WITH JAMIE – CLASS UPDATE 🥊

A quick update for our Energy Force Fitness members!

Due to Jamie’s availability, Boxing with Jamie is moving from Wednesdays to Tuesdays at 5pm.

📅 THIS WEDNESDAY – 19 AUGUST
There will be no Boxing with Jamie. The 5pm class will instead be Power Punch with one of our other instructors.

If you’re currently booked in and no longer wish to attend, please jump into the GymMaster app and cancel your spot.
