We would like to wish Nick and Leah good luck for their Hyrox Doubles event in Sydney today! 🙌

They both have put in so much dedication and effort to prepare themselves for another Hyrox event and we will be cheering for you from afar. We are glad the boys are there to support you two!! 👏

We’ve all got to start somewhere. Build the foundations like short term goals, the amount of sessions you want to do in a week, planning your meals for the week, just to name a few. 📝

Part of the process can take turns along the way too which is completely normal but don’t let that dictate what your ultimate goal is! Continue to back yourself in and the results will speak for itself! 🙌
