Hi Everyone!

I’m Fab from Alliance Jiu jitsu!
As you probably heard we are taking over the space at Training Grounds Drummoyne.

A big thanks to the team for facilitating a smooth transition.

The grand opening is this Saturday the 12th with an open mats class at 11.00am.

From Monday the 14th of November we are running out timetable as normal.

Feel free to come and say hi anytime!

We hope to meet you and have an opportunity to train together in the coming weeks.

Hi everyone, we are looking for a Kids BJJ coach for our Drummoyne location.

Coach would be purple belt or above and It would be a minimum of 8-11hrs a week, with opportunities to coach adult classes in the future.

It’s 6 days until reopening (and counting) !!

Our first Muay Thai session is at 12.30pm on the Monday (and don’t worry, we’ll be easing our way into it 🥊) and during lockdown we’ve been working on our new syllabus which will give you a clear sense of direction for your training.

For the next 4 weeks we will be concentrating on the topic of ‘Low Kicks’ across our fundamentals/ intermediate & advanced classes.

Week 1️⃣ - Offensive Low kicks
Week 2️⃣ - Defensive Low kicks
Week 3️⃣ - Revision & drilling
Week 4️⃣ - Defending Low kicks

We also will be releasing our new Muay Thai ranking system (swipe ➡️ for a sneak peek 👀).

With these improvements we hope to keep you progressing within your Muay Thai journey, and improving our service to you, our epic community.

Long weekend update!

It’s for everyone & awards for Boxing & Muay Thai will be given out by the coaches.

KIDS MARTIAL ARTS SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAM

We know that it can be hard to think of fun ways to keep the kids entertained over the school holidays, so we’ve made it easy for you by scheduling a 2 day Kids holiday camp.

Dates: Tuesday 6th and Wednesday 7th of July 2021

Time: 8.30am to 3pm

Aimed at kids aged from 4yrs to 13yrs, our 2 Day Kids Martial Arts program is designed to offer kids an activity that is fun, safe & exciting, while teaching them new skills.

✅ Great for fitness
✅ Builds confidence, focus and discipline
✅ Develops basic self-defence and martial arts skills
✅ An opportunity to make new friends
✅ Most of all, It's FUN FUN FUN!

All of our coaches have extensive experience working with kids, and run our Kids Academy programs across both our gyms. They are child safety checked & have first aid accreditation.

We are pumped to be welcoming Levi Jones-Leary to Training Grounds Crows Nest for two BJJ seminars across the weekend of the 24th & 25th of April 2021.

With some epic major achievements to his name, Levi Jones-Leary stunned the jiu-jitsu world by beating veteran lightweight and 2018 world champ Lucas Lepri in the European lightweight final.

Across the two days, Levi will be covering Xanadu Guards & Pressure Passing.

• 24th of April, Xanadu Guard (10.30am - 12.30pm)

• 25th of April, Pressure Passing (9.30am - 11.30am)
Tickets are $90.00 for a single session, or $160.00 for the two sessions.
