Join us in the football club social rooms from 6:30pm, with the first race jumping at 7:30pm sharp.

Our U10 Girls had an unforgettable experience at the Girls Gala Night at Casey Fields, enjoying a special private clinic with AFLW Melbourne Demons stars Tayla Harris, Alyssia Pisano and Molly O’Hehir.

The girls had the opportunity to learn new skills, gain valuable insights from some inspiring female athletes.

From drills and coaching tips to plenty of laughs and inspiration, it was a night our young Tigers won’t forget in a hurry. We can’t wait to see them bring their new skills, confidence and enthusiasm back to the field!

Last night, 9 of our DJFNC Tigers proudly represented the MPJFL U15 Girls Interleague team in their second match of the carnival, helping secure an impressive 51–23 victory over the SEJFL.

The girls continue to shine throughout the competition, showcasing outstanding resilience, sportsmanship and determination every time they pull on the jumper. Most importantly, they’re displaying that trademark Tiger fight that makes our club so proud!

Congratulations girls — we are absolutely loving following your journey and can’t wait to see what comes next. Keep flying the Tiger flag high!

Training looked a little different for our U15 White and U18 netballers this week, with the girls enjoying a fantastic Dance Fit session with Jo from Shine Dance Fitness! SHiNE Dance Fitness ™️ with Jo

Dance fitness is a fun way to build coordination, agility, balance and endurance — all key skills that transfer directly onto the netball court.

The girls had an absolute ball, bringing plenty of energy, laughter and enthusiasm to every routine while getting a great workout in at the same time.
