Simply download the free Zoom app and we will direct you to the link of the daily workouts.
For $15.50 a week, you will have full access to all the classes👌🏽.
Obviously not at 3,500m above sea level, but it’s the best we can do in the current situation that we are experiencing..

We have been instructed by the government to shut our doors temporarily during this uncertain time.

Tomorrow 23rd March at Midday.
We will miss seeing everyone, the smiles, the laughs and the banter. Hopefully it won’t be too long..
From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for the continued support and we hope to see everyone very soon 🙏🏽..
In the meantime, remember that it may be stormy now, but it can’t rain forever.
