It’s important to rest if you’re sick. But as soon as you feel your energy return it’s important to find your routine again.

The longer you wait to get back into exercise, the harder it feels. Here are ways to adjust. So you ease back into it without overdoing it.

I’ve been a bit sick this week, and this has been perfect.

No real recipe… just loads of veggies, chicken, and enough stock to cover. Simple, nourishing, and exactly what my body needed.

Chicken soup helps hydrate, soothe, and nourish the body with ingredients that are gentle on the stomach and warming for the soul 🥣
