We're launching a special series exploring the original Pilates repertoire.
Over six weeks you'll work through the foundations of the Pilates method, gaining a deeper understanding of movement, technique, strength and control.
Whether you've been practising for years or you're simply curious about where Pilates began, this series will give you a whole new appreciation for the method.
Winter can either interrupt your routine or become the season that transforms it.
For six weeks, we're welcoming community to show up consistently, build strength, improve fitness and create momentum that lasts well beyond winter.
