Already a member and want to try out a new class, or know of someone who would benefit from attending? Bring a friend along to any session with you for free for this month! Our schedule is as follows:

Monday 6:30pm - Pilates
Tuesday 6:30pm - Boxing
Wednesday 6:30pm - Run club
Thursday 6:30pm - Cardio class
Saturday 7:30am - HIIT in the park
Saturday 8:30am - Coffee club

We offer a range of group classes for Edgefit members - why not come along and try one out? Here are some benefits you might get from coming along -

There are four main hormones which you can hack to increase your overall happiness.
These includes dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, endorphin.
These hormones can be accessed by doing simple actions which include being in the outdoors, meeting up with friends and family and exercises.
Dopamine is one of many chemicals in your brain that when realised can improve mood and helps you feel good, it is known as the 'The Reward Chemical' hormone. Lack of dopamine can be caused by high stress, low sleep and high amounts of saturated fats in your diet. Dopamine is associated with reward systems, pleasurable sensations and memory.
Oxytocin is also known as the 'love hormone' which can be increased by physical attraction. Oxytocin plays a larger role in women than it does in men happiness. It also can reduce stress and anxiety levels.
Serotonin is a neutraliser which works on regulating mood levels and happiness. It works on decreasing worries and concerns. Serotonin is one of the simplest hormones to hack, it is as simple as going on a walk or having a full 8 hours of sleep.
Endorphins are the most common hormones talked about, they are produced to help us when we need to respond to pain or stress. Endorphins also improve your sense of wellbeing and are realised during pleasurable activities.

Have you been told exercising is bad for your back?
Or if you have back pain, to stop exercising altogether?
What if I told you, this was actually one of the worst things you could do for your spine?
The studies are clear that sedentary individuals that don't exercise and don't load their spines actually suffer from MORE back pain and further spine degeneration
Your spine can adapt to load, just like any other tissue, and it is important to use your spine so you can keep it healthy!
Do not listen to typical healthcare making you afraid of bending your spine or putting a barbell on your back
You are not fragile, your spine is strong and resilient!
You just need a different plan, and you can gain back the life you are after!
