FREE 1:1 YOGA TUTORING OR SMALL GROUP CLASSES BEING OFFERED AT THE HEALING CENTRE DONGARA UNTIL THURSDAY 26th FEBRUARY!

✨Shafia Jahan is a newly qualified Sattva, Himilayan Kriya and Kundalini Yoga Teacher with 20 yrs experience as a mental health nurse (RN), qualified as a clinical nutritionist, and has specialist training in body image healing and eating disorder treatment, with a non-diet, identity/shape/size/weight-Inclusive lens.

🧘Shafia is currently transitioning into running her own online small business, servicing worldwide (excluding USA & Canada). Their website is coming soon - they will be offering regular online Kriya/Kundalini yoga classes and mental health, yoga and/or nutrition therapy/counselling consultations.

🙏Shafia would love to connect with other Holistic health/wellbeing workers/therapists, yoga teachers and students/clients who are seeking to connect, practice, go deep and further their healing journey.
