We’re excited to launch our very first Reformer Tennis Class with Sara on Saturday 1 August at 3pm! 🎾

Combining Reformer Pilates and tennis coaching, this class is designed to help you build core strength, power, mobility and stability to move better on and off the court. Improve rotation, develop shoulder stability, and enhance agility and balance to support your performance.

Plus, every booking includes a complimentary tennis coaching session to take your new movement patterns straight onto the court. No tennis experience required.

Wow, what an incredible Birthday Open Day we had on Sunday! 🎂

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and celebrated with us. From completing our birthday activity cards and hunting for the golden tickets, to joining our special group classes, cheering on the Staff vs Members tennis match, enjoying the kids’ fun on the lawn, and relaxing in the café, there was something for everyone.

Seeing our community come together made the day so special, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who helped make it one to remember.

Thank you for being part of our journey over the past five years. Here’s to another amazing year at Next Gen Doncaster! 🤍
