The glee of a face ride, like a yoga class is a highway to the soul. Surf and yoga are two things that can make your heart sing. The science is out that "yoga could slow the harmful effects of stress" according to Harvard Medical Schools Health Blog. Combine less stress with a bit of saltwater therapy and some healthy nourishment from fresh vegetarian food and we will all be feeling tickedy boo!
